Everyday more and more people are diagnosed with having high cholesterol. According to studies one of a krill oil benefit acts as a natural remedy to reduce cholesterol. In one of the most recent study, 120 people were given krill oil, fish oil or a placebo to see which oil will greatly increase the reduction of cholesterol. To everyone surprise, krill oil reduced LDL which is know as “bad” cholesterol by 34% and also increase HDL which is know as the “good” cholesterol by 43.5% compared to the placebo with is the “control” of the study. When compared with the results of fish oil, LDL cholesterol was reduce by only 4.6% and HDL increased by 4.2%. Through this study scientist confirmed that using krill oil was more affective to help reduce high cholesterol.

Scientist always found that the daily use of 300 mg of krill oil help with reducing arthritis symptoms and inflammation. Some studies has shown that the use of krill oil was able to inhibit inflammation and any arthritis symptoms within 14 days. More research are being perform as week speak to confirm these reports.
