QUESTION: my understanding is that we need between 600-1000mg of DHA a day…..your product MegaRed contains 24mg in one softgel. So, does this mean I need to take 20+ softgels a day to get the minimum requirement of DHA. So, in fact, isn’t your pill practically worthless in the benefit? I don’t get it. Can you clear this up ~ am I not understanding something? thanks

Please consult with your physician if the itching continues, you might be allergic to shellfish or just krill oil itself.
